Rental Agreement

By renting a vehicle, the renter agrees to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement, including proper vehicle use, payment obligations, and return conditions.

Driver Requirements

• Drivers must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• An additional fee may apply for drivers under 20 years old.

Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards and mobile payment systems.

Vehicle Usage

• Vehicles are to be used only for personal or business transport within the authorized geographic area.
• It is prohibited to use the vehicle for racing, towing, or illegal activities.

Fuel Policy

Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as when rented. Refueling charges and administrative fees will apply if not met.

Insurance and Liability

• All vehicles are covered by basic third-party liability insurance.
• Renters are fully liable for damages if the terms are violated or insurance is not purchased.

Accident or Damage Reporting

In case of accidents, theft, or damage:

• Notify the rental company and local authorities immediately.
• Provide a police report for insurance purposes.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before the booking date are eligible for a refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may incur full rental charges.

Additional Drivers

Only drivers listed in the rental agreement are authorized to drive the vehicle. Additional drivers must meet the same requirements and pay a fee.

Penalties and Fees

• Late returns are subject to additional charges.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Rwanda, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction
